Sergeant Vincent Velcro was once a Captain for the Royal Air Force. He became a military specialist to avoid 30 year prison sentence for crippling an officer. However, Velcoro took part in Project M and was turned into a vampire. Velcoro hates fighting in World War II but is resigned to his place on the Creature Commandos. During a mission in the South Pacific, Velcoro transformed into a bat and successfully stole Ultra Humanite's remote control. He tossed it into the air and let Lieutenant Shrieve shoot it to pieces.
