History
She worked as a henchwoman for Scarecrow on All Hallow's Eve to infect thousands with his Fear Gas. When the Flash raced to confiscate the Scarecrow's infected pumpkins, Scream Queen was sent to intervene. Flash was able to neutralize her by stuffing a pumpkin into her mouth before she could emit a sonic wave. As a result, she was exposed to the Fear Gas and was arrested.
Powers and Abilities
True to her name, the Scream Queen can let out supersonic screams as destructive projectiles, which she does so by transforming her entire head into a giant mouth. She also has the power to fly at high enough speeds to keep up with one of the Flashes, Jay Garrick.
