M'yri'ah was the wife of J'onn J'onzz, later known as the Martian Manhunter. She and her daughter, K'hym, were killed during the destruction of Martian society, in front of Manhunter's eyes. This enduring memory is the one weakness of the Martian Manhunter and was later exploited by Batman, when he was turned into a vampire.
