The Hall of Doom is the secret headquarters of the Legion of Doom. It is hidden in a swamp somewhere on Earth but speculation points to Slaughter Swamp outside of Gotham City. When an official Legion of Doom meeting was held, the Hall would rise above the swamp. Lex Luthor keeps a chunk of Green Kryptonite under a trap door in the meeting room.
Martian Manhunter once infiltrated the Hall disguised as a deodorant bar and gave Lex Luthor the surprise of his life. Years later, the Hall was host to the televised execution of the Big Three (Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman). The heroes escaped certain death and defeated their arch-enemies.
