Gaggy was once a tightrope walker for Haley's Circus but he was replaced with the Flying Grayson's. He was delegated to the freakshow act as a dwarfed clown. Gaggy often attacked his fellow clowns, unknowingly catching the attention of the Joker. Joker recruited Gaggy to join him as his sidekick to grab the attention of Batman and Robin. Gaggy was part of Joker's plot to gas every major city with Joker Toxin expelled from a giant mock Jack-In-A-Box.
Powers and Abilities[]
He is able to do combat manuevers that are only possible because of his small stature, such as leaping onto the shoulders of foes and obstructing them in combat through methods like holding his hands over their eyes, leaving them vulnerable to attacks from enemy combatants.
He is also shown to have superior agility, as he was shown to effortlessly leap around when fighting against the heroes filling in for Batman.
