The evil counterpart of the Atom (Ryan Choi). He is displayed as a spy for the team as Blue Bowman enlists his help when he grows suspicious of Owlman who is really Batman in disguise.
When Batman attempted to free the Red Hood, Dynamite materialized on Batman's glove, revealing him. Dynamite tried to kill him but was knocked out instead though he did manage to fry the control panel.
He is seen revived at the end of the episode but is taken down once again by a heroic version of Sinestro.
